My Story

Some brands begin with a business idea. Others begin with a dream.
Kerrington Home began with love, heartbreaking loss, and a belief that children's bedrooms should be as safe as they are beautiful.
For founder Stacie, Kerrington Home's inspiration is deeply personal.
The name honors three people whose lives and memories helped shape her purpose.
Her sister, Carrie Claytor, passed away in 1994 after battling cystic fibrosis. Her cousin, Kara Claytor, lost her life in a tragic accident involving texting and driving.
And her best friend experienced the unimaginable heartbreak of losing her baby in a dresser tip-over accident.
Three lives. Three stories.
Three lasting reminders of how precious—and fragile—life can be.
Their stories became the emotional foundation of Kerrington Home.
But Stacie didn't want to create a brand defined by tragedy. She wanted to create something meaningful from it.
Something that celebrated childhood, inspired imagination, and encouraged a greater commitment to safety in the spaces where children sleep, dream, and grow.
Because a child's bedroom should be a place of wonder.
